Bij OCZorg bied ik begeleiding en verzorging aan mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Mijn kracht ligt in het creëren van duidelijkheid en rust, met altijd ruimte voor een grapje op z’n tijd. Ik werk met aandacht, gelijkwaardigheid en een open blik, zodat iedereen zich gezien, gehoord en begrepen voelt.

Ik ben Oscar, oprichter van OCZorg, en zet mij in voor mensen met een licht, matig of ernstig verstandelijke beperking, vaak met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Mijn focus ligt op het bieden van structuur en een veilige omgeving, zodat cliënten zich kunnen ontwikkelen op hun eigen tempo.
Persoonlijk contact en oprechte betrokkenheid staan bij mij voorop. Ik werk met aandacht en respect, sluit aan bij wat iemand nodig heeft, en geloof in kleine stappen, echte verbinding en af en toe een moment van humor om het contact menselijk te houden.
Mijn begeleiding sluit aan bij de behoeften van ieder individu. Door te observeren, te luisteren en flexibel te handelen, ontstaat zorg die effectief is én die echt raakt.
